Retirement Planning Today

We teach these classes at the Berkeley City College, College of Alameda and Mills College.  The classes are held both on a weekday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for two successive weeks or on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm for two successive weeks.

The class is great for people in their late 40’s to mid 60’s.  Registrants receive 2 booklets full of information, which is covered extensively in the class.  We share real-life stories too so that you can relate to the material.

In this class, you can learn how to:

  • Determine the amount of money you need to retire.

  • Create your own goals for a “successful retirement.”

  • Help eliminate debt and improve cash flow.

  • Properly convert your IRA to a Roth IRA.

  • Select the retirement plan distribution choice that is right for you.

  • Plan your retirement income to preserve a comfortable standard of living.

  • Transfer the risk of potential financial losses before or during retirement.

  • Reduce or eliminate taxes, expenses, delays and legal challenges with estate planning.

These classes are $34 plus $30 for the workbook.  Class registration includes a spouse or significant other at no additional charge.  For additional information on how to register, call (510) 357-3715.
