Retirement Planning Today
Our team of financial advisors teaches classes via Zoom through College of Alameda, Laney College, and St. Mary’s College.
Retirement classes are geared toward people 50+ who are interested in getting started on retirement strategies.
In this class, you can learn how to:
- Determine the amount of money you need to retire.
- Create your own goals for a “successful retirement.”
- Help eliminate debt and improve cash flow.
- Properly convert your IRA to a Roth IRA.
- Select the retirement plan distribution choice that is right for you.
- Plan your retirement income to preserve a comfortable standard of living.
- Transfer the risk of potential financial losses before or during retirement.
- Reduce or eliminate taxes, expenses, delays, and legal challenges with estate planning.
Cost:
Classes are taught on two successive weeks, either during the weekday from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM or on Saturday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and the cost is $34 plus $30 for the workbooks. Class reservations include a spouse or significant other at no additional cost.
